365 Days to a better physical me!
Boy, I tell you..I’m all about getting it all done! My attitude AND my body. This hopefully will be the year that I can accomplish some personal goals.
Let me tell you, I posted an entry last night and now it’s all gone. This is all that has saved (above). So I will post a quick synopsis of what I posted last night.
Yesterday was day 1 of my 365 Days to a better physical me.
3×20 walking lunges with body weight only for now
3×20 walking side lunges with body weight only
3×16 of a modified farmers walk
3×12 of Donkey Squats
3×12 leg extensions @30lbs
3×12 of lying leg extensions @30lbs
3×6 of Swiss ball glues raises (yes only 6 each. Have you tried these? Seriously, they hurt..go try them..go!)
Was going to do a run, but I’m useless running right after a leg workout. So, I opted for a pedi instead. Don’t judge.
