I have to say, I was not sure how today was going to go. I was tired when I woke up at 6 to get 2 of my 3 kids off to school. I tried to get to bed by 10 last night and I’m pretty sure I was able to get some sleep.
I did my back and biceps today.
Bent over barbell row 3×12@ 15lbs
45 degree prone db row 3×8@ 8lbs
Seated rear lateral raises 3×8@ 6lbs
Bent over db rows 3×10@12 lbs
Seated preacher curls 3×12@ 30lbs
Inclined alt db curls 3×10@10lbs
Hammer curls 3×10@10lbs
Barbell curls 3×12@15lbs
Forget to add in her that I did 3x20walking lunges
15 minutes of ab work. P90x ab ripper
Ran 5 miles in 48:31.. Not feeling the love here at all today. Felt sluggish and tired. I should have done this first, as running is my priority. Trial and error. I also think working my legs is something I need to get used to as well, in terms of mixing it with running.
Need a yummy protein powder that tastes good with just water. EAS is what I have now and I’m not crazy about it. Usually I mix it with skim and some fruit, however, after a weight session I don’t want the added calories. Another trial and error game I guess.
Time for work! No weights tomorrow. I’ll be lucky if I get my cardio in. Working and figuring out the running is a hard thing for me to do.
By the way, I hate my thighs..it’s a shocker that I’ve posted them here. I did it because I want to see my progress of toning them.
