352 Days of..This is NOT Winter Weather!!

Woke up early to get Gabriel off to his Wrestling Tournament and pick up Sierra from the church lock-in. So, of course I came home and crawled back into bed for another 3 hours. It was broken up sleep, but, when I was asleep it was a deep sleep!

Got up and got dressed in my running clothing (key is to get into your workout clothing right away..most times it works..lol) did some piddling around and got out the door for my run. Put in a hair over 6 miles and the weather was not too bad. In fact, a little too warm for a January day. I have to work tonight and tomorrow night, and I’m not sure what I can fit in tomorrow, if anything at all depending on my sleep.

Ran 6.10 miles in 59:07

Barbell Bench Press- 4×12 @35lbs

Incline Chest Press 4×12 @12lbs

Dumbell pullovers 4×10 @ 12lbs

Barbell Curls- 4×12 @15lbs

Hammer Curls- 4×10 @12lbs

Preachers- 3×12 @30lbs

Protein Drink with frozen banana and water blended. I picked up a new bottle today. I also started taking Chromium Again. 500mcg once a day. In addition I have been taking multis, Fish Oil, Vit D3 along with Zinc/Mag/Calc supp. (All in one).
