351 Days of, Please Don’t Make Me Do Another 12 Hours of That Again.
Slept so, so when I got off shift this morning. Considering I SAT for 12 hours, I’m surprised I was able to sleep at all. Believe it or not, I would MUCH rather be on my feet and on the go, then do that. Long night. I did watch Nick and Romey’s..forgot how much I love that movie! Got pretty well caught up with Prison Bio’s as well. I’m good for a while.
20 minutes of Warmin up on the treadmill doing a hill routine. Pre-set. It’s fine, considering I was not sure I’d get any cardio in at all.

4×12#35lbs- Barbell Squats
4×15@30lbs– Lying Leg Curls
4×15 @15lbs- Plie’ Squats
3×10- Swill balls hip extensions/Hammie curls
4×12 Deep walking lunges.
and that is all she wrote for today. Not sure what tomorrow will bring, as Gabriel has a wrestling match. Hopefully a run and my back. We shall seeeeee~
