Feeling a little melancholy today. People just disappoint me. I don’t know why I allow it, but they do. It hurts. A lot. Anyway…

Woke up around 230. Slept good after work today thankfully. Considering my anger about an ongoing situation, I decided that I would indeed get my stuff in, in hopes I burn some emotional crap off.

Treadmill:
1 mile warm up
12×400’s at 7:41 pace, 7:35 pace and 7:25 pace. 1 minute rests in between. 5 walk cool down at the end.

Back:
2sets of 45degree ez bar rows at 15lbs
15,12,10,8 and 24 reps

2sets of bent over db rows
10@15lbs, 15@12lbs, 25@10lbs and 30@8lbs

2sets of one arm db rows
12reps @12lbs
12reps @15lbs

I will work my way up to 5sets of each. This is a great back workout!

Protein drink. Water, powder, banana and pineapple.

Glutamine? Talk me into or out of it. I know what it is and what it’s for, just don’t know if I need it or not.
