348 Days and It’s Crappy Out!

Kids had a two hour delay today, which meant momma gets more sleep!! I needed it since I have work the next two nights. Yuck. There I said it..yuck.

No weights today. Tomorrow will probably be chest, biceps and triceps if time allows.

Ran 6 miles on the treadmill.
