Last night of work today until Monday! Slept terribly again. Don’t know what’s going on.
Only did shoulders. Not enough time, so I upped the weights and added an extra exercise. It was time to up weights anyhow.
Lateral raises 3×10@ 12lbs
Single arm lat raises 3×10@10lbs
Front raises 3×12@12lbs
Seated military presses 3×10@15lbs
Upright rows 3×12@ 21lbs
1 mile warm up
400 jogs in between
Better than nothing
Rushed to drop G off at training and off to work I went. Hate missing everyone all the time.
Oh.. I supersetted those shoulder exercises except for the upright rows.
