What a crazy night at work. I don’t understand how one person can be the best they can be, when they are stretched too thin?
The positive is that I actually slept well today! However, I woke up with some vertigo. Not sure why..I’m a tad sinusy, so I’m thinking that is the culprit.
Leg extensions: 4×15@ 30lbs
Deadlifts: 3×10@ 15lb dumbbells
Sumo squats: 1×15@20, 1×15@25, 1×15@30, and 1×15@20lbs
Swiss ball hip extensions: 3×15
( stopped at 3 sets, due to feeling dizzy)
Walking lunges: 3×20@15lbs
2 miles of hills..up to 10% incline
.25 cool down
