327 Days and I Need To Get This Elbow Looked at.
No scheduled run today, so no blog post for that. I was going to do a short one anyway, but I have intervals slated for tomorrow and legs were done today.
Sumo Squats- 3×15@ 20lbs
Stationary Lunges( one foot/ leg on weight bench)- 3×10 body weight only, since these are a new incorporation
Wide stance squat- 3×14@ 35lbs
Lying hammie curls- 3×15@ 30lbs
Explosive medicine ball deep squats-3×10- oiy!!!
Legs were dead by the end. I may drop legs to once a week, per advice from a friend now that speed work will become a regular in my schedule.
