326 Days of Nothing.
No weight training today scheduled, so I’m good on that front. However, I had intervals scheduled and that won’t be happening either. Not by choice.
Woke up feeling ok, went back and laid down for a couple more hours and started getting this sinusy/dizzy/pressure in my head. Can’t do speed with that. I have to be ok with that.
And..my legs are sore, so it all works out. I don’t know if I should do them tomorrow or carry on with what my schedule says and pick them up next week??
