319 Days. Valentines Day.
Another shitty night of sleep last night/this morning. Woke up at 3 I’m guessing, it was 3:55 when I finally looked at the clock. Was having weird dreams about Shrek chasing me. Yes. I said Shrek. WTH is going on?!! I got up around 4:15 had a half a dry bagel and some OJ. I was wishing and hoping I would fall back asleep, and I did and It probably was about an hour before my alarm went off. So, yet again, I got the kids up and ready and went back to lay down until 1. NOPE, did not get any solid stretch of sleep, more like on and off, with some tossing and turning thrown in for good measure. I even took Benadryl, prior, I. just.don’t.get.it.
Seriously, it wears you down mentally and physically. How much longer can I do this? Meh. I don’t know if I’m better forcing myself to stay up once I’m up on my days off? Or what to do anymore.
