Woke up late late late today! Much later than I intended, but it’s ok. I actually slept pretty good! Work the next two nights.

3.5 mile run
6.5 bike trainer miles

Upright rows- 3×12@ 28lbs
SS w/
Alt. DB front raises- 3×10@15lbs

Overhead press- 4×12@ 18lbs
SS w/
Bent over lat raises- 4x 10@ 6lbs (went low to focus on form)

DB lat raise- 4×10@ 10lbs

  1. LOVE those pictures! Put those by your scale and you won’t worry so much about what it says! I’m up over 130 right now. I haven’t been over 130 on a regular basis since I started working out in 2004. I won’t lie I still have a hard time wrapping my head around my weight however I like looking like that last picture and not like the first!

    Getting some good training in! Nice to hear you had some good sleep!

    • Ha! They are great pictures! Especially at proving a point!

      I’m at 134. I hate typing that, especially since I’ve been at 125 for the last year or more. It’s ok. I feel good and I think I’m seeing nice results. Your right, I do have a hard time more times than not wrapping my head around numbers. I know I should not, but I do from time to time. My weight is higher BUT I’m still in the same size clothing. Good right? Next step is getting calories In.

      I’d love to look like the one on end. My legs are just built diff you know that! You totally do though!

      How is you training going?! You ok?
