Woke up late late late today! Much later than I intended, but it’s ok. I actually slept pretty good! Work the next two nights.

Upright rows- 3×12@ 28lbs
Alt. DB front raises- 3×10@15lbs
Overhead press- 4×12@ 18lbs
Bent over lat raises- 4x 10@ 6lbs (went low to focus on form)
DB lat raise- 4×10@ 10lbs
